1. Overview

The Duel is an Android game in development by Fat Cat Games. The current development version is designed for single-player play and does not require a player account.

2. Information handled by the game

Fat Cat Games does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or other contact information to play The Duel. We do not sell personal information. Game progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device.

3. Advertising and analytics

The current development version does not include third-party advertising or analytics services. If these features are introduced in a future release, this policy and the relevant app-store disclosures will be updated before that version is made available.

4. Device storage and permissions

The Duel may use ordinary on-device storage to keep progress, settings and technical game state. Uninstalling the game generally removes this local information, subject to Android backup and restore features. The game does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location for normal gameplay.

5. Support communications

If you contact Fat Cat Games for support, testing feedback or a privacy request, we process the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message, only as reasonably necessary to respond, protect the game or meet legal obligations.

6. Data security and retention

Information sent directly to us is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information to play The Duel. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to Fat Cat Games, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to restrict or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights for information directly controlled by Fat Cat Games.

9. Google Play and platform providers

When The Duel becomes available through Google Play or another platform, that platform may independently process information under its own privacy policy. This processing is separate from Fat Cat Games.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as development progresses, particularly if The Duel adds online features, service providers or different data practices. The “Last updated” date shows when this policy was most recently revised.
