Save The Tree is published by Fat Cat Games. The game displays advertisements using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). This policy explains the information that may be processed when you use the game, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

2. Information handled by Save The Tree

Fat Cat Games does not sell your personal information. Save The Tree does not ask you to provide personal information solely in order to display ads. However, the advertising and platform services integrated with the game may automatically process the technical information described below.

3. Advertising with Google AdMob

Save The Tree uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. According to Google’s documentation, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information including your IP address, which may be used to estimate general location; interactions with the app and ads, such as app launches, taps and video views; diagnostic and performance information; and device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID or app set ID where available.

Google and its advertising partners may use this information to deliver ads, measure advertising performance, perform analytics, and prevent fraud and abuse. Depending on your region, device settings and consent choices, the ads shown may be personalized, non-personalized or limited.

4. Consent and advertising choices

Where required by applicable law, Save The Tree may show a consent message before information is used for personalized advertising. You can accept, reject or manage the options presented in that message. Where the game provides a privacy-options entry point, you can use it to review or change your choices.

You can also manage or delete your advertising identifier through your device settings. Limiting ad personalization does not necessarily remove ads; it may change the type of ads that you see.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google requires publishers serving personalized ads to use an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform. 6. Data retention

Information processed by Google AdMob is subject to Google’s retention practices and controls. Any information directly received by Fat Cat Games in connection with a support or privacy request is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Data security

Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children’s privacy

Fat Cat Games does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information that is not necessary to use the game. If Save The Tree is offered to an audience for whom child-directed advertising requirements apply, its advertising configuration must comply with the relevant platform, Google and applicable legal requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Fat Cat Games, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction or deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. 10. International processing

Advertising technology providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own privacy documentation and any applicable transfer safeguards.

11. App stores and platform providers

If you download Save The Tree through Google Play, the App Store or another platform, that platform may independently process information under its own privacy policy. This processing is separate from Fat Cat Games and AdMob.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to Save The Tree, its advertising setup, service providers or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the policy was most recently revised.
